In our paper “ZEB1-mediated fibroblast polarization controls inflammation and sensitivity to immunotherapy in colorectal cancer”, we investigate how the transcription factor ZEB1 promotes plasticity of cancer-associated fibroblasts that can shield tumours from the immune system.
