Student Assistant (HiWi) Position at Bionetslab

Bionetslab is looking for a motivated student assistant (HiWi) to support our research activities. The student will work on Machine Learning methods using OMICs data. The student will be employed for the NetMap project, where a novel embedding method for single-cell RNA seq data will be developed. Therefore, interest in molecular biology/bioinformatics is desirable.

Position Details:

• Working hours: 8 hours per week
• Skills: Experience in R, Python, or C++
• Tasks: Assisting with data analysis, algorithm development, and research support
• Location: Werner-von-Siemensstr. 61 + remote
• Start date: As soon as possible
